Empirical Study On The Relationship Among Technical Executives,Innovation Investment And Enterprise Value Of GEM Listed Companies

GEM listed companies are mainly composed of innovative enterprises.Exploring the impact of technology-based executives on innovation investment,and analyzing the path to enhance the value of enterprises can provide suggestions for the improvement of innovation level and enterprise value of listed companies,and also contribute to the improvement of the overall innovation ability of the country.This paper hopes to study the relationship between technology-based executives,innovation investment and enterprise value,and to explore the internal transmission mechanism of the relationship between technology-based executives and enterprise value.This paper first read the relevant literature,found the lack of research in this field,and combed the high-level ladder theory,innovation theory,value management theory,value chain theory,and put forward research hypotheses based on theoretical analysis,using the data of GEM listed companies,verified the hypotheses,and got the research conclusions.The results of this study show that technical executives,due to their own technical learning and work experience,have shaped their own professional characteristics,which makes the executives more deeply realize the importance of innovation,and can provide more sufficient money for the technical research of enterprises,and add the innovation money of enterprises,and then improve the innovation level of enterprises,so when the enterprises enter the market with competitors,they can win in competition and improve the enterprise value.Eventually,some advice are proposed to improve the innovation level and enterprise value,such as increasing the proportion of technical executives,increasing R & D investment.So that enterprises pay more attention to the proportion of technology-based executives in the senior management team,give full play to the role of technology-based executives,make the individual executives m support innovation activities in corporate governance,improve innovation investment,improve the innovation strength of enterprises,and then improve the value of enterprises.
