In recent years,the Chinese enterprise internationalization operation steps in implementing further speeding up,the trading partner and export structure have been adjusted,the private enterprises in the export quotas for more than half,as the representative of the best private enterprises at China,China's private listed company has a strong representative,high ladder team theory: executive cognitive important influence on the choice of enterprise strategy and implementation,and affect the enterprise performance.International operation has changed the original operating boundary,competitive environment and competitive advantages of enterprises.Faced with competition from different cultures,regions and levels,how to deal with the complex changes in the operating and competitive environment is an important challenge facing the company's international strategy for an enterprise executive team implementing an international strategy.Current research focuses more on the impact of executive demographics on internationalization,or the impact of internationalization strategies on enterprise performance.However,fewer studies have focused on the relationship between executive' cognition,internationalization strategies,and enterprise performance.In view of this,this article draws on the existing research results at home and abroad,incorporates the analytical framework of the high ladder team theory into international strategic research,introduces a basic view of attention,and combines the real background of Chinese companies to select 2011-2017 180 private manufacturing companies which listed company in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research objects.Through a text analysis of the company's annual report,the relationship between the three is deeply explored.At the same time,considering that international strategic decisionmaking also has its applicable scope and context,this article introduces the integration of two positions to discuss the role of regulation.In this article,the research software QSR Nvivo11.0 and SPSS 25.0 were used to test the research hypothesis,and the results show that: First,executive cognition has a positive impact on the depth and pace of internationalization strategy.Second,executive cognition has a positive impact on enterprise performance.Third,the depth of internationalization strategy has a negative impact on enterprise performance;The pace of internationalization strategy has a positive impact on enterprise performance.Fourth,the internationalization strategy plays a partial intermediary role between executive recognition and enterprise performance.Fifth,compared with the integration of the two positions and the separation of the two positions,the positive influence of the executives' cognition on the internationalization strategy is more significant.This research not only enriches the high-tier team theory,but also provides ideas for the cross-study of organizational strategic leadership and internationalization strategy.It also provides reasonable explanations for corporate executives to develop internationalization strategies,guide companies to actively meet the challenges of globalization,and promote the process of internationalization.Has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the long-term development of enterprises.
