The Study On Rural Government-enterprise Cooperative Old-age Care Service Under The Background Of Population Aging

Because of the implementation of the family planning policy and the extension of life expectancy,China is rapidly entering an aging society,and the pressure of old-age care is becoming increasingly prominent.Especially in the vast rural areas,because a large number of young adults go to the city to work and live,the problem of rural left-behind elderly pension is more serious.The traditional concept and way of providing for the aged can no longer fully adapt to the development of The Times.It is very important to explore ways to adapt to the development model of rural old-age services.The government-enterprise cooperative pension model fully combines and maximizes the advantages of government departments and private capital,and can effectively solve the problem of insufficient capital investment in the construction and operation of rural old-age resources,so it can effectively resolve the current situation of rural old-age difficulties.At present,due to the lack of corresponding laws and regulations guidance and practical experience in China,the proportion of government-enterprise cooperative pension mode in practice and application is not high.This paper takes the governmententerprise cooperative pension model of Lvyi Town,Boxing County,Shandong Province as the research object.Using literature survey methods,comparative research methods and questionnaires.From the perspectives of policy support,division of powers and responsibilities,and sources of funds,this paper analyzes the characteristics,development status,advantages and disadvantages of governmententerprise cooperative old-age service in Lvyi town.Through the analysis of the successful experience of domestic and foreign government and enterprise cooperation in pension,explain the feasibility of promoting the government-enterprise cooperative pension model in rural areas of China.From improving laws and regulations,standardizing operations,attracting social capital,establishing feedback mechanisms and risk sharing mechanisms,suggestions for the development of the government-enterprise cooperative pension model in rural areas of China,the paper also puts forward a prospective development prospect of government-enterprise cooperative pension service in rural areas of China.It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical and practical references for the development of government-enterprise cooperative pension service in rural areas of China.
