Study On Aging Service System In Hainan Province

Hainan is a serious problem of population aging provinces.In recent years,Hainanprovince social endowment service work closely around the provincial Party committee,the provincial government's decision to deploy,from the comprehensive construction well-off society goal and meet the requirements of the elderly pensionservice needs,to ensure and improve people's livelihood as the key point,overall planning,increase investment,strengthen management,exploration and innovation,build the basic framework of the construction of the province's aging services systemin a relatively short period of time,aging service system has made some preliminaryresults.However,the construction of the aged service system in Hainan is still in the primary stage,there are many problems,restricted the economic and social development in Hainan.Based on this,combined with the author's practical work,the use of literature analysis,survey research method and comparative research method,the population aging in Hainan province the status quo,the aging population needs toaging service system are analyzed.At present,existing in the construction of Hainanaging service system and service system for the elderly in community homeendowment service mechanism is not perfect,the management is not standardized,lagging behind the problem of pension service construction.Through the analysis,the author thinks,should adhere to the "guiding ideology and basic principles ofgovernment leadership,social participation,urban and rural planning,moderate Pratt & Whitney",promote the construction of the Hainan aging service system,and puts forward six suggestions: 1,increase financial input to the aged service system,to guide social capital investment;2,accelerate the construction of pension services;3promote the old-age home service network construction;pension network service platform of 4 construction of information;the construction of 5 elderly social welfaresystem;three ranks 6 to strengthen the pension service.
