Evaluation Of Rural Financial Efficiency And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors In Hebei Province

The No.1 Central Document of 2019 states that the new round of rural reform will continue to be promoted.In the process of comprehensively deepening rural reform,the government is also focusing on financial reform.By implementing financial reform measures,China's rural economic development has developed rapidly and farmers' living standards have greatly improved.The "China Rural Financial Services Report" in 2018 pointed out that the rural financial service system has become increasingly sound,rural financial services capabilities have been significantly enhanced,and the rural financial ecological environment has continued to improve,which has played an important role in promoting agricultural production,rural economic development and increasing farmers' income.This article will take Hebei Province as the research object,combining domestic and foreign related theories on rural finance,and using panel data from various cities in Hebei Province in 2008-2017 to evaluate the impact of rural financial efficiency on regression analysis of rural financial efficiency through data envelope analysis.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the domestic and foreign research results on rural financial efficiency are reviewed,and then the basic theories of rural finance are systematically sorted out,and rural finance is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,based on the analysis of the status quo of the rural economy and the development status of rural finance in Hebei Province,and based on the analysis,the super efficiency value of rural financial efficiency in Hebei Province was calculated through the analysis of the super efficiency DEA and the Malmquist-TFP index.Thirdly,the super efficiency value is used as the explanatory variable of this article.By constructing a panel data model,seven factors including rural economic environment,farmers' living standard,urbanization level,rural credit level and financial service support are used to analyze the influencing factors of rural financial efficiency in Hebei the study.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,specific policy suggestions aremade on how to improve rural financial efficiency in Hebei Province and thereby promote rural economy in Hebei Province.This paper explores rural finance in Hebei Province,summarizes and summarizes the level of rural financial efficiency in Hebei Province and its own influencing factors,and provides new ideas and methods for rural financial reform in Hebei Province.It has certain practical significance for promoting the promotion of rural finance and the development of rural economy in Hebei Province.
