Research On Optimization Of Business Performance Evaluation System Of Nanchang Economic Development Zone Jin Kai City Investment Group

City construction investment company,(hereinafter referred to as "city investment company")is a kind of special local state-owned enterprises,which has been mainly serving the development and construction of city infrastructure,city management and operation,investment and financing,investment attraction,industrial support,project agent construction,etc.of local governments since its birth.It is not only a state-owned enterprise,but also hard to be separated from local governments.Its tentacles are all over the fields that local governments want to manage,but it is inconvenient to "step in".In view of this kind of special state-owned enterprises,it is urgent to carry out business performance assessment.Generally,SASAC is the investor to carry out annual business performance assessment for such enterprises.Through the assessment,it can transmit the pressure and strategic intention of the investors,"force" the transformation of city investment enterprises,and promote the enterprises to make greater progress.This paper takes the state-owned enterprise JinKai City Investment Group Company of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object.Through data and investigation and analysis,it points out that the operation performance appraisal system of JinKai City Investment Group relies too much on financial appraisal indexes,the integration degree of appraisal indexes setting and enterprise development strategy is not high,the weight of appraisal indexes is not scientific enough,the target value determination mechanism is not smooth,the appraisal results and application are not smooth disconnection and other issues.In this paper,the BSC principle is used to optimize the current performance evaluation index system of JinKai City investment group.Firstly,the current performance evaluation status of JinKai City investment group is analyzed,and the existing defects are pointed out.Secondly,the SWOT analysis is used to get the strategic mission of JinKai City investment group,and the BSC principle is used to optimize the strategic mission from the financial dimension and interest related,the dimensions of person,internal process,learning and growth,and social responsibility are decomposed,and corresponding assessment indicators are designed respectively.The weight of indicators is obtained through expert scoring and AHP.Finally,on the basis of the establishment of the new assessment index system,the paper puts forward other optimization suggestions for the assessment of business performance,in order to promote the long-term development of JinKai City Investment Group in the future.
