Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,China’s insurance industry has developed rapidly.At present,China’s insurance industry is the main force of state-owned commercial insurance companies,private insurance companies at home and abroad are neck and neck,and many insurance companies develop together.Under the market background of economic globalization,domestic insurance enterprises are full of opportunities and challenges and should always maintain strong competitiveness.Enterprise strategic target realization and the key is the basis of talent training,performance appraisal evaluation system as an important system of enterprise management,if you can implement the enterprise,will be for enterprises to cultivate a group of vibrant,high-quality management team of creative,increase in external market for the enterprise comprehensive competitiveness and guarantee the smooth realization of the strategic objectives.This article first through the study of the balanced scorecard in various aspects of dynamic,analysis of the balanced scorecard application in various industries in our country,through access to relevant internal data,field interviews,questionnaires and other methods,analyzes the G the specific situation of the company’s existing performance evaluation system,found that the evaluation system of the main evaluation index is not reasonable,staff position setting is not clear,the lack of effective means for the performance of follow-up,lack of reasonable and effective information management system as well as disadvantages.Summarize the above problems and analyze the necessity and feasibility of introducing balanced scorecard in G company.Meanwhile,the strategic objectives of G company are described in detail.Based on this,indicators are selected for the four dimensions of G company based on balanced scorecard,and a performance evaluation system that conforms to the actual situation of G company is designed.Moreover,the data of G company in2016 is used as the historical standard to test the data of 2017.At last,it provides the guarantee measures such as constantly improving the company’s assessment system,improving the performance awareness of all employees,and improving the basic data system of performance evaluation.
