In recent years,with the increasing pressure of competition in the external market,in addition to the continuous pursuit of innovation in strategic planning and business model,enterprises should also pursue lean management,so that performance appraisal becomes a tool to support the strategic development of enterprises.With the increasing business model of QST company,the existing performance mechanism of the enterprise has been unable to meet the development of the enterprise and the incentive of employees.This paper will use literature review,internal staff research,interviews,analysis and other methods to conduct in-depth analysis of the performance management and incentive methods of each post in QST company,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,to make a comprehensive upgrade and reform.In this paper,the latest OKR goal management method is applied to the improvement of performance management of QST company,and the application process and method of OKR are designed in detail.Combined with the development of QST company,the analysis and interpretation are made,which greatly improves the goal consistency and employee self driving of QST company,and makes innovation and Reform in performance management.
