With the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economy,and the gradual promotion of global integration,in order to adapt to the changing international and domestic economic environment,the company's demand for talents has become more diversified and dynamic,which has promoted the society to produce a special labor group,who can adapt to different company fields and different industry fields It is a new feature of human resource flow in the development period of knowledge-based economy that every employing unit should use its own professional knowledge to go to every employing department and complete the designated work according to the requirements of customers.With the increase of the supply of temporary talents and the demand of employers,professional organizations engaged in the organization and distribution of human resources also appear,which we call dispatching companies.Under this background,company A of a relatively young dispatch company just established in 2010,is gradually developing towards standardization and standardization.In this process,there are still many deficiencies in the company's engineer dispatch management,it is necessary to investigate and analyze these dispatch management problems,and put forward specific improvement measures.At the same time,I hope to provide some reference for other dispatching companies.Firstly,this paper studies the development of dispatch,the current research status at home and abroad,and the relevant theories of dispatch.Then,through understanding the situation of company A's engineer dispatch management,using the researchmethod of questionnaire,and using the AHP structure model to analyze the influencing factors of dispatch management,this paper elaborates the existing problems in the current a company's engineer dispatch management.At the same time,It can be seen that the future management focus of the company should be shifted to the management of employee career planning,and strengthen the skills training of on-the-job dispatched employees.Then,we need to change the original monotonous and rigid working mode,and try to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.Only when employees find the interest of work,they will be more efficient.Finally,to create a dynamic,open and unified corporate culture,a mature corporate culture that can be recognized by everyone can promote employees to have a great centripetal force and form a united,friendly and progressive working group.
