From the reform and opening up,China's economy has been rapid development.China's economic reformers have been working to find a flexible labor supply system,and labor dispatch system is one of the most important ways of enterprise personnel allocation.Since the establishment of the enterprise,however,Heze tower company is facing a serious shortage of labor dispatch personnel,poor stability problems.These problems have brought serious challenges to the daily operation of Heze tower company.In order to help the Heze tower company through this dilemma,through questionnaire,This paper attempts to find out the reasons for employee turnover.According to the survey results,the important factors that affect the stability of labor dispatch staff include:performance appraisal,benefits,job promotion,training and learning,team harmony.In this paper,according to the incentive model of knowledge based talents and the understanding of the current situation of the top management,the author constructs the index system of the knowledge worker dispatch staff,and uses AHP to set the weight of the index.Among them,the higher scores are job promotion,salary,training,welfare and team harmony.According to the results of the questionnaire and the results of AHP,all the indexes are divided into three levels,namely,special attention,focus and general attention.Based on the results of the questionnaire and the calculation results of AHP,this paper presents the corresponding policy recommendations,for the Heze tower company,formulates the occupation development plans for the labor dispatch staff remuneration;construct a reasonable distribution system;provide training and learning opportunities,improve their work ability;work content match,according to their preferences;improve the incentive mechanism,improve employee loyalty.And in the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as recruitment selection,career planning,compensation assessment,incentive mechanism and training exchange.
