Labor relations is one of the most basic and important social relations of human society. To some extent, it reflects the degree of social harmony and it is also a barometer of social harmony. In recent years, our country’s labor disputes and labor conflicts present a significant increase, the disputes and conflicts caused serious influence to the national and society. Therefore, in order to reduce labor conflicts and to promote the harmonious development of society, we must evaluate the enterprise harmonious labor relations, to improve the enterprise labor relations. At present, our country has been not enough research on labor relations and don’t have a set of scientific, reasonable and unified evaluation index system. Therefore, this research design a set of scientific, reasonable and unified evaluation index system, and put forward corresponding countermeasures which aimed at the problems existing in the enterprise.First of all, in this paper, the domestic and international theories about enterprise harmonious labor relations research and evaluation were summarized, summary and reference to the predecessors’ research results. On the basic theory of evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations has carried on the detailed elaboration, and deeply analyzes the enterprise interior and exterior factors of harmonious labor relations. On this basis, this study based on the principle of evaluation index design and process, through the model building and determine the weight of evaluation index to the enterprise harmonious labor relations are set up. In the beginning of establishment, to avoid missing important indicators, almost all relevant indicators are input index set. The membership degree analysis and correlation analysis of index screening will leave and representative indicators of the importance of delete related the bigger of the two indexes, avoids the index of the cross and repeated. Then using the factor analysis method to determine the index weight, optimize the index. And screened by AHP and Delphi method. To reflect the harmonious labor relations indicators left, the large degree of correlation indicators deleted. Ultimately determine the evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations from five secondary level indicators and28indicators constitute the enterprise. Taking shijiazhuang city as samples, using of this study is to design the evaluation index system from the perspective of employee satisfaction to evaluate enterprise harmonious labor relations research. Through the questionnaire survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire and email to get the raw data. To get the data to sort and translated into fuzzy evaluation matrix, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A quantitative score will evaluate the level of concentration calculated the final evaluation results.Finally, through research ten companies of different industries and different size in shijiazhuang city, we found that the harmonious degree of shijiazhuang city enterprise labor relations is not very well, only10%of the enterprise condition for a harmonious labor relations,70%of companies just reach the level of general,20%of the companies are in a state of disharmony. Comparative investigation of the situation, found that the final evaluation result can reflect the evaluation of enterprise’s present situation of labor relations, also verified the rationality of the evaluation indexes and scientific. On this basis, the analysis summarizes problems of shijiazhuang city enterprise labor relations, and analyze the causes of these problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasure, the more harmonious labor relations of the enterprise, in order to improve employee to enterprise’s satisfaction.This study design enterprise evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations is not only enrich the enterprise labor relations evaluation of regional research, make the enterprise harmonious labor relations research more targeted, but also making the improvement of application has a certain role in promoting. Research conclusion to the enterprise harmonious labor relationship also has a certain practical significance.
