| Equity incentive policy is an important means to regulate the distribution of enterprise residual value between enterprise owners and enterprise managers.It is also an effective means to solve the problem of "principal-agent".Since the promulgation of "equity incentive measures for listed companies" in 2006,Chinese companies have gradually begun to use equity incentive policies for enterprise management.In order to improve the operating performance of their own companies,obtain higher dividend profits,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve the purpose of enterprise value-added,companies began to gradually use equity incentive as a long-term incentive mechanism in the management.This article selects and evaluates a variety of indicators of corporate performance before and after the implementation of the equity incentive policy by J Company,and evaluates them.Relevant research on the implementation of equity incentive scheme cases can be supplemented.By studying the case of company J,it is possible to analyze and pay attention to the particularity of the equity incentive plan implemented by the pharmaceutical industry enterprises,and at the same time avoid the repeated mistakes of the industry companies in implementing the relevant schemes,and enable other companies to pay more attention to the special aspects of industry implementation.This paper takes J company as the research object.Firstly,it gives a general overview of the development process and theoretical basis of equity incentive.At the same time,it summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literature on the influencing factors of equity incentive scheme implementation and the evaluation of implementation effect.At the same time,combined with the financial data and management related non-financial data of J company after the implementation of equity incentive,through the four dimensions of balanced scorecard perspective,select its key evaluation factors,build an overall evaluation and analysis system,and evaluate the overall results of the implementation of equity incentive plan of J company.At the same time,according to the case of equity incentive of J company,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the design and implementation of equity incentive scheme in pharmaceutical processing industry.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the market development of the pharmaceutical industry,the company evaluation system of the industry is established by selecting targeted indicators that can represent the uniqueness of the pharmaceutical industry,and the company’s strategic objectives in the market are effectively decomposed,and the company performance after the implementation of equity incentive in the industry is constructed by selecting targeted quantifiable indicators More accurate evaluation.At the same time,combined with the external impact of the implementation of equity incentive in China,this paper analyzes the irrationality in the implementation of equity incentive plan of J company and the reasons for the failure of the implementation of the plan,and puts forward constructive suggestions for the construction of the reasonable evaluation system of equity incentive plan of Listed Companies in China’s pharmaceutical industry. |
