Performance can effectively reflect the competitiveness,operating conditions and management level of the enterprise.Performance management can help enterprises to make a more comprehensive presentation of their operating conditions,judge the applicability of the enterprise strategy,analyze the existing problems,and help enterprises to strengthen their competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development.Performance management,as an important part of human resource management and staff efficiency improvement,has been paid more and more attention in recent years.At the same time,in practice,the methods and contents of performance management are also gradually improved and improved,performance appraisal undoubtedly plays a more important role.Only a set of effective assessment methods,in the case of fierce competition,to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of service,reduce operating costs,and then occupy a larger market.For system development companies,project performance is of great significance,which not only reflects the overall progress of the project,but also can effectively analyze the problems in the process of project development,which is very important to improve the level of the project.Based on this background,this paper takes the upgrading project of OA system of M college as the research object,and focuses on the research and analysis of its performance appraisal system on the basis of field research and data collection.In the research,it pays attention to the practical application,always takes the problem discovery and the solution as the guidance,has obtained certain result.In general,the paper is divided into the following levels.First of all,in the first chapter and the second chapter,the paper focuses on the research background,significance and domestic and foreign research status of the summary and summary of the current research needs of the theoretical basis,as well as the relevant methods to be applied.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the performance appraisal of the OA system upgrading project of M college.Based on the brief description of the status quo,it summarizes the problems existing in the employee performance management of the OA system upgrading project of M college,which provides a targeted basis for the optimization of the following assessment system.The fourth and fifth chapters focus on the countermeasures and measures,the fourth chapter,mainly from the perspective of optimization,to improve the existing performance appraisal system.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.The research results of this paper have strong pertinence and operability for the upgrade and transformation project of OA system in M college,and also have reference significance forother projects in the same industry.
