Performance management is the core of human resources management in enterprises, which involves fair system, staff evaluation and incentive, enterprises' growth and development. It has effects on enterprisemanagement, production and operation activities.To optimize resources allocation and achieve the goalconsistency, enterprises need to set scientific performance appraisal system according to developmentsituation and strategy, and improve implementation andestablish good corporate atmosphere to promote evaluation system implementation. Construction projects have development opportunities and bring huge benefits and developmentspace in market. At the same time, the market competition is fierce. To win more competition superiority, enterprisesshould consummate relate system and develop higher level management strength. Today, in most construction enterprises, management concept is backward and the system is unreasonable, which hinders enterprise development. Also, although the majority of enterprises have performance management, the practice of management often floats on the surface, which did not examine past and future or reflect human resource management core value.This paper makes Cscec5 bzscompany as the concrete analysis object, through literature review, questionnaires and interviews, which reveals most performance management problems,such as insufficient purpose of performance evaluation, unscientific performance indicators, unreasonable assessment cycle, unsufficient evaluation results. According to these problems, this research analysizes from the purpose and principle, construction ideas, key indicators, assessment process and results application, and establish the suitable construction project employee performance appraisal system. This paper uses KIP for different levels of projects from the work performance, work ability, work attitude to assess, makes full use of examination results, improv es appraisal process and realizes the intrinsic value of the performance management.Through studying performance management system in Cscec5 bzs, performance management is improved and construction employee performance appraisal is researched, which provides reference and guidance in theory and practice.
