CJ Company is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise in Henan Province.It is committed to the R&D,production,sales and import and export of electronic components,optical communication devices,automation equipment and electronic materials.With the rapid development of the company,the existing performance appraisal methods have not been able to match with the enterprise,and various problems in the existing appraisal work have gradually emerged.Problems such as low staff efficiency,low morale,rising turnover rate,and increasing rate of substandard products have not been effectively solved.Therefore,improving CJ’s staff performance appraisal can stimulate enthusiasm of staff officers,encourage the advanced,and spur the backward,It has become the critical work of the current company.In this paper,CJ Company is taken as the research object,and the employee performance appraisal scheme of CJ Company is optimized according to the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems.First of all,learn the relevant theoretical concepts of performance appraisal through consulting relevant materials,and scientifically investigate and analyze the problems in the company’s performance appraisal through questionnaires,interviews and other methods.Secondly,the design of assessment methods,indicators and weights,the selection of balance points and reward and punishment scales,performance feedback and appeal,and the application of assessment results are optimized.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from the aspects of system,organization,informatization,cultural atmosphere,etc.to promote the accurate and effective implementation of the plan.This paper gives theoretical guidance on how to mobilize employees’ enthusiasm and eliminate employees’ dissatisfaction from the aspects of health care and incentive factors through the two-factor theory.The expectation theory provides a theoretical basis for selecting the best balance point in performance appraisal.Use SWOT model to analyze the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and comprehensively sort out the company’s strategic objectives.The purpose of this study is to provide specific and feasible suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the employee performance appraisal scheme of CJ Company,and also provide some reference for other high-tech enterprises in China that are in rapid development.
