As the reform and development happened in China's banking industry,the interest rate of deposit and loan loans is liberalized,the influx of foreign banks,the emergence of private banks,etc.,so that the competition of China's banking industry becomes more and more fierce.Yantai Bank,as a local joint-stock commercial bank,is the third level of China's commercial banks,short development time and small scale,and has not realized cross-regional operation.In the context of the innovation and development of the financial industry,how Yantai Bank conforms to the trend of the times and science and technology,develops and rises in the competition,becomes an urgent task,so Yantai Bank not only maintains the operation of online banking,but also develops mobile banking projects to enhance Yantai Bank's competitiveness and efficiency.The development of mobile banking project is characterized by its unique nature,great technical difficulty,high security performance and many uncertain factors.In order to make Yantai Bank mobile bank project run and develop smoothly,it is imperative to understand and optimize the progress plan and control of Yantai Bank mobile bank project.In order to ensure the successful development and smooth operation of the project,this paper conducts in-depth research on mobile banking project schedule planning and control,in order to provide certain reference for Yantai Bank and similar commercial Banks.This paper takes the mobile banking project of Yantai Bank as an example to study the project schedule management.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of project management,the development stage of software project management,the formulation method and process of project schedule plan,the principle and method of project schedule monitoring and other theories are described.Then,based on the analysis of the overview of the mobile banking project of Yantai Bank,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the progress of the mobile banking project of Yantai Bank from three aspects of organization management,technology and capital,and further uses WBS to decompose the project work into 21 activities in three stages,including planning,implementation and acceptance.After determining the structure diagram of project work breakdown,the project schedule plan is prepared by using network planning technology and responsibility matrix.Finally,in-depth analysis of the implementation effect of the project,work out the projectprogress dynamic monitoring process,establish a sound project system and system,and through advanced technical support and reliable quality control measures,to ensure the timely completion of the project.
