A Study On The Satisfaction Of Tourist Interpretation Effect In Lushan Scenic Spot

As a bridge connecting tourists and scenic spots,tourism interpretation is the fundamental condition to play many functions of scenic spots,such as service,use,education and so on.The rich and diverse tourism interpretation can improve the attraction of tourist destinations,enhance the interest of tourists in tourist attractions,meet the thirst of tourists for knowledge,and make tourist attractions achieve the purpose of spreading culture,education and publicity.Reasonable use of tourism interpretation is an important means to attract tourists.To establish a perfect and effective tourism interpretation system is of far-reaching significance to the sustainable development of scenic spots with cultural heritage or Geopark labels.Based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign scholars' current situation of tourism interpretation,such as the purpose,planning,function,audience,media and effect of tourism interpretation,this paper defines the concept of cultural heritage,Geopark,tourism interpretation and tourist satisfaction,and expounds the tourism interpretation system and its function in detail.Based on the theory of tourism communication,satisfaction theory and customer perceived service quality model,taking Lushan scenic spot as the research object,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the expectation and actual feelings of tourists on the interpretation media of Lushan scenic spot,and evaluates the interpretation effect of Lushan scenic spot from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,using literature research,field investigation,statistical analysis and other research methods.The results show that tourists' expectations of the content and way of interpretation are higher than their actual feelings,especially for the theme,commentator,tourist center and multimedia,there is a certain gap between the expectations and the actual feelings.The overall satisfaction of the interpretation of Lushan scenic spot is average;However,tourists' education background,monthly income,number of revisits and their actual feelings about the content and way of interpretation are all positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of scenic interpretation.The problems in the interpretation of Lushan scenic spot include: 1)the interpretation system of scenic spot is not perfect;2)the quality management and effect feedback of interpretation are lack;3)the function of tourist center is not complete;4)the construction of Intelligent Tourism in scenic spot needs to be improved.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing a sound tourism interpretation system,strengthening interpretation quality management and effect feedback,improving the function of tourist center,and strengthening the construction of Intelligent Tourism in scenic spots.Through this study,we can further optimize the interpretation system of Lushan scenic spot,improve the service quality of the interpretation media,better publicize and spread the cultural and natural heritage of Lushan,so as to enhance the tourist experience and promote the sustainable development of tourism in Lushan scenic spot.
