How Green CSR Affect Innovation Through Green Entrepreneurial Orientation:A Perspective From Green Capital

Our objective to this thesis is to study the Green Corporate Social Responsibility effect through Green Entrepreneurial Orientation through the perspective of Green Capital which is Green Intellectual capital and Green Social Capital in the company in South Korea.South Korea is one of the top places in the world that is known for a big industrial company and big-name companies such as Samsung,Hyundai,or any other heavy machinery company you can name.The country provides so much innovation in terms of technologies and creations with bottomless knowledge throughout many years.Once the factories and this particular industries have affected the environment and the life of people negatively,each company has come up with the green corporate responsibility to help the employers and employees practice a more environmentally friendly process to not only help the environment but also the economy and the quality of life.The customers are likely to support the company with green corporate social responsibility rather than the one that does not.Therefore,this practice became widely well-know and being developed differently in each company and industry.Since we have seen a handful of studies that have been conducted about the effect of green Capital,we plan is to dig deep into the specific market and the specific capital to point out the benefit of implementing the green capital during the practice.This study conducts by gathering questionnaires from 150 companies around South Korea with the questions addressing the Green Corporate Social Responsibility implementation with other factors such as Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Green Capital to see the analysis of how these factors can affect the process innovation and product innovation positively.Then the answered are analyzed and break down to tables and graphs.Our research and questionnaire have proved that both Green Capital mentioned are affecting the relationship of the Green Corporate Social Responsibility and the Green Entrepreneurial Orientation by providing the benefit on to the result like process innovation and product innovation.This very research is aimed to benefit the company who are practicing Green Corporate Responsibility and to help them understand the importance of the green capital that it can help to improve their company strategy as well as the managerial process in the company for better results of creating the innovation.The results of the studies point out that green capital,green social capital,and green intellect capital do moderate the relationship between the Green Corporate social responsibility and the Green entrepreneurial orientation and provide the better result in the process innovation and product innovation as well.
