Research On Working Capital Management Of S Company

Working capital has always been the focus of enterprise management.The level of working capital management is closely related to the profitability of the company and the long-term development of the enterprise,and is even related to the normal production and operation of the enterprise,providing support for the normal operation of all aspects of the enterprise.In the current complex and volatile market environment,enterprises need to establish a good working capital management environment as a strong backing,in order to obtain operational advantages.And the equipment manufacturing industry as a "jack of the countries",is closely related to the national economy,the capital requirements of business operation,the requirement of working capital management is relatively high,so this article choose equipment manufacturing company for a case study of working capital management,help the realization of working capital management utility maximization,and reference for other enterprises working capital management.This paper selects two aspects of working capital management analysis based on factor theory and channel theory,which is both targeted and comprehensive.Based on the equipment manufacturing industry in S company as a case,the selection of the2014-2018 financial statements as a data source,respectively from two aspects of factors and channels of case enterprise operating funds management present situation analysis,found that S company exists in accounts receivable is more difficult than large,recycling and backlog of raw materials,the short-term debt service pressure big,upstream and downstream relationships management problems such as poor management,aiming at present situation found in the company S working capital management issues,put forward to upgrade sales and credit management policies and other receivables management system,adopt appropriate methods to control effectively for raw materials,broaden the financing channels,Diversified financing and improve enterprise management advice,relations between upstream and downstream to the enterprise working capital management in the production and operation to reduce financial risk,improve the effect of profitability,finally also gives a real play a role of the government macroeconomic regulation and control,formulation of working capital management system and construction management information system of working capital and three security measures improving Suggestions on the implementation of company S working capital management.This paper studies and discusses the working capital management of S company based on the factor theory and channel theory,which helps us to have a more comprehensiveand in-depth understanding of the control points of working capital management of equipment manufacturing enterprises,provides reference for the study of working capital management of similar enterprises,and also provides an assessment standard for decision makers.
