The Establishment Of Chinese Social Accounting Matrix And Its Application In The Analysis Of Income Distribution Structure

In the new normal of China's economy,the problems in China's economic development are also prominent: the income distribution gap is too large,the industrial structure is unreasonable,overcapacity and so on.The four links of social reproduction: production,distribution,exchange and consumption determine the development of the national economy.Income distribution,as the "hub" connecting production and consumption,plays the role of stimulating production and stimulating consumption,and is the key factor for the coordinated development of supply and demand.Therefore,the income distribution structure is closely related to the industrial structure and the consumption structure.It can be seen that the study of income distribution structure is of great significance.In fact,how to describe the income distribution structure in economic activities has always been a concern of scholars,and social accounting matrix is a useful tool to study this problem.It will give us a better understanding of the effects of policy.This article elaborated on the characteristics,structure,data collection and compilation method of the social accounting matrix.Because the input-output table is updated every five years and there is a time lag in the updating of data such as the international balance sheet,this article innovatively compiled the 2015 China SAM table.After compiling the original data SAM,the GAMS program is used to balance the original table of Chinese SAM.According to the department classification of input-output table,the macro SAM was subdivided.On this basis,the use of social accounting matrix multiplier decomposition model of income distribution and the basic principle of structured path model,set up a variety of simulation scenario,respectively using the method of multipliers decomposition and structural path analysis to our country industrial structure and income distribution characteristic has carried on the empirical analysis,the following main conclusions are:(1)to moderate income group is affected by the external large when the leading role on the economy,and support the low-income groups of poverty alleviation policy can play its part;(2)among the 25 industries,government subsidies can better improve the overall income of residents through agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery;on the other hand,subsidies for residents can also increase the output of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.Middle-income groups are relatively stable drivers ofeconomic growth;(3)ecological-economic at present in our country is still at a beginning level,no comprehensive work way to get rid of relying on the backward in the pattern of primary production,but the income between the circulating can drive the development of the economy as a whole,big influence on urban residents,resource dependent and labor-intensive industries to affect the economy,and the third industry strength is insufficient.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions on expanding the middle-income group and broadening the income channels of residents.
