| with the rapid development of economy,industrialization and urbanization,the flow of urban and rural population is also further accelerated,a large number of rural young and middle-aged people pour into the city,due to the influence of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the rural elderly are forced to stay at home,and the phenomenon of "hollowing" in rural areas is formed.With the absence of the children of the elderly,coupled with the problems of the elderly themselves,the life risks of the left-behind elderly in rural areas also arise,such as spiritual emptiness,inadequate care for life,poor health and so on.As a vulnerable group in society,the rural left-behind elderly have been paid more and more attention by the state and society.In2013,the State Council issued the "opinion" to earnestly strengthen the rural elderly pension service,and in 2018,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the "opinion" to strive to establish the working mechanism and basic system of care service for the rural left-behind elderly in an all-round way by 2020,and the care service system is initially formed.Whether the problem of the rural left-behind elderly,a huge and vulnerable group,can be solved is related to whether our country can deal with the challenges brought by the aging of the population,and whether we can build a harmonious socialist society and a socialist modern power.At the same time,the opinion puts forward to prevent the risk of life safety of the rural left-behind elderly as far as possible,and finds that the risk can be resolved or rescued in time.In this context,by studying the living situation of the rural left-behind elderly in Xiangtan,this paper finds out the life risk and the reasons of the risk,and then puts forward the corresponding preventive measures according to the risk.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,the research framework,and the research summary of domestic and foreign scholars on the prevention of life risk of the left-behind elderly in rural areas.Then it introduces the basic concept and related theoretical basis of the rural left-behind elderly.Secondly,it introduces the living situation of the left-behind elderly in Xiangtan countryside,and sums up the risk of spiritual lack of comfort,worrying health,outstanding safety problems and absence of life care for the left-behind elderly in rural areas according to the questionnaire,and analyzes that the reasons for the risks are the lack of attention to the left-behind elderly,the lack of health protection of the left-behind elderly,the lack of safety riskassessment standards for the left-behind elderly and the lack of The old-age service consciousness of the left-behind elderly in rural areas.Thirdly,the article analyzes the current rural left-behind elderly assistance system in Xiangtan and its existing problems.Finally,according to the life risk of the left-behind elderly in rural areas,this paper puts forward some preventive measures to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the left-behind elderly in rural areas,strengthen the health security of the left-behind elderly in rural areas,carry out the classification of safety risks of the left-behind elderly in rural areas and strengthen the construction of care service system for the left-behind elderly in rural areas. |
