A Comparative Analysis Of The Efficiency Of Tea Cooperative Management Model In Anxi County

Since July 1,2007,the law of the people's Republic of China on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives(hereinafter referred to as the "cooperative law")has been implemented,the law has determined the legitimacy of farmers' cooperatives.As of July 1,2019,there are 1590 registered farmers' cooperatives in Anxi,an increase of 0.63% over the previous year,including 1076 tea cooperatives.On the basis of rural household contract management,farmers' professional cooperatives are mutual economic organizations that are voluntarily united and democratically managed by producers and operators of similar agricultural products or providers and users of similar agricultural production and operation services;In the process of operation,professional cooperatives with different business models gradually show different development conditions and operation mechanisms.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and operation mechanism effects of the four business models are analyzed.Most of the existing researches are on the development and operation mechanism of tea cooperatives,and some scholars analyze the efficiency of the business model,but the main purpose is to analyze the influencing factors of the comprehensive efficiency of the cooperatives with the help of the comprehensive efficiency of the cooperatives;In view of the comparative analysis of the cooperative business model,through the analysis of comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency and radiation area,we can compare and analyze the comprehensive efficiency value of the four main business models to determine which business model is more effective,so that the cooperative can better serve the tea industry.Based on the comparative analysis of business models,First,through literature analysis and field research,the paper systematically summarizes the development status of Anxi County's tea industry and tea cooperative business model,and summarizes the main types of tea cooperative and the main classification of business model;Second,through theoretical analysis and comparative analysis,the paper compares and analyzes the main characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,operation mechanism and main problems of the four operation modes of tea cooperatives,i.e."tea manor + cooperative + base + farmer","leading enterprise(enterprise)+ cooperative + farmer","cooperative + base + farmer + order agriculture","cooperative + cooperative + · + farmer";Thirdly,with the aid of DEA model,data envelopment method BCC model is used to analyze the field investigation results of Anxi county tea cooperatives,find out the existing problems of Anxi county tea cooperatives,and use the target improvement analysis method to analyze again;Fourthly,through the comparison of the four modes of operation such as comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency and radiation area,it is found that the mode of "cooperative +...Cooperative + farmer" is better than other modes of operation,but the development effect of tea cooperative is equal under the analysis of specific modes,which affects the development of tea cooperative to a certain extent;Fifthly,according to the above research results and the actual development status of Anxi county tea cooperatives,suggestions are put forward: encourage financial innovation,increase investment in tea industry;strengthen financial support;moderately expand production scale,enhance radiation driving capacity;strengthen cooperative management mechanism,promote standardized operation of cooperatives,etc.According to the research results,combined with the development of Anxi county tea cooperatives and research analysis,it is considered that the "cooperative + cooperative +...Farmers" business model,that is,the comprehensive efficiency of the joint cooperative business model is higher.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of tea cooperatives in Anxi County,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
