| Industrial enterprises as the main battlefield of the real economy,the rapid development of seventy years has prompted China’s industrial economy to reach the world’s largest.However,compared with developed countries,there are still problems such as insufficient innovation,low added value of products,limited brand influence,low resource utilization,and low level of industrial informatization.Transformation and upgrading are the primary development tasks of industrial enterprises at this stage.As an important resource element in the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,scientific and technological talents,the benefits generated by agglomeration within a certain range have an important impact on the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises.In addition,new technological demands are generated during the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,which promotes the agglomeration of regional scientific and technological talents.This article explores the interactive impact of the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,which is of great significance for guiding the gathering of scientific and technological talents,promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises and achieving the high-quality development of the industrial economy.Therefore,this article first sorts out the relevant theories and literature on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,defines the concepts of both scientific and technological talents and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,analyzes the current status of the development of scientific and technological talents gathering and transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises in China,and further explores the interactive influence mechanism of the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises.Secondly,30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China are selected as empirical objects,and the extreme value entropy method and principal component analysis method are used to measure the level of scientific and technological talents aggregation and the comprehensive level of industrial enterprise transformation and upgrading respectively.The results show that from 2008 to 2017,the level of scientific and technological talents agglomeration and the comprehensive level of industrial enterprise transformation and upgrading continued to rise,showing a spatial distribution law in theeast that is higher than that in the middle,the middle that is higher than the northeast,and the northeast that is higher than the west,and between the eastern region and the other three regions,the gap is gradually widening.Then build a PVAR model to study the interactive influence between the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises.The research results show that the level of transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises in China has a significant impact on the development of the comprehensive level of scientific and technological talents.The agglomeration of scientific and technological talents has a positive impact on the early stage of industrial enterprises’ transformation and upgrading,but the positive impact will gradually weaken over time.Finally,policy recommendations are made for empirical results. |
