Study On The Complex Causal Relationship Between The Transformation Of Provincial Scientific And Technological Achievements And The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

With the new round of scientific and technological revolution booming,science and technology are increasingly becoming a decisive force for economic and social development.However,China exists the problems that research findings cannot transformation to the real productivity for a long time.Although scholars have deeply analyzed the influence of commercialization of research findings on upgrading of industrial structure,However,most existing researches focus on analyzing the impact of a single factor on the upgrading of industrial structure.Especially in the research methods,regression analysis is mostly used to explore the linear relationship between the commercialization of research findings and industrial structure upgrading.They cannot understand the complex causal relationship between the transformation capacity of research findings and the upgrading of industrial structure.In order to explore the complex causal relationship between the commercialization of research findings and the upgrading of industrial structure,this paper described the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and described the commercialization from the basic concept and theories firstly.Then,this paper studied the current situation in China.And this paper conducted an empirical study on the impact of the commercialization of research findings on the upgrading of industrial structure,we uesd fs QCA method to analyze the complex relationship between research findings and the upgrading of industrial structure.We summarized the successful experiences of outstanding provinces and lessons of low-achieving provinces which can help each region formulate policies tailored to local conditions.We found the following results: a.The upgrading of industrial structure is a complex problem,which requires the interaction of many factors in the commercialization of research findings.But the ability of achievement innovation and financial input play a general role.b,The two factors of high-tech industrialization and scientific and technological service personnel input can substitute each other in the configuration of high-tech structure upgrading.c,The reasons for the upgrading of high industrial structure and non-high industrial structure are multiple and concurrent.There are three effective approaches to high industrial structure upgrading coefficient,which can be divided into two categories.One oriented towards achievement innovation,financial input,science and technology service industry talents input,technological achievements and apply high technology to production,and the other towards achievement innovation and financial input.The cases are concentrated on the eastern seaboard.Among them,apply high technology to production and science and science and technology service industry talents can replace each other.d.Cases of low industrial upgrading index are mainly central and western provinces,who take six approaches.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
