Economic development is an important driving force for the progress of material civilization,but it also causes environmental problems that are difficult to make up.Nowadays,the relationship between man and nature has reached the most urgent moment,and the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment needs to be resolved urgently.In recent years,the country has continuously issued policies to mitigate the degree of environmental degradation,environmental protection has begun to be closely related to our economy and life.As an important subject in response to national environmental policies,enterprises bear certain environmental responsibilities,and the realization of environmental responsibilities is inseparable from every employee.Employees' pro-environmental behaviors are not only of great significance to the company,but also improve the ecological environment.Knowledge workers are the main force for creating value for the enterprise.They have high innovative ability and professional skills,and are good at thinking and analysis.Promoting this group of pro-environmental behaviors may create greater value for the organization and society.However,compared with other employees,knowledge workers have stronger work autonomy,and are more difficult to manage.Therefore,how to motivate knowledge workers to make pro-environmental behaviors outside of their responsibilities is more worthy of consideration.In an organization,leaders are the objects of employee learning and observation,which have an important impact on employee behavior,especially knowledge workers with strong learning ability.The personal qualities and management methods of ethical leadership reflect high ethics,and their ethical behavior also sets an example for employees and can promote the pro-environmental behavior of knowledge workers.This promotion effect may be affected by the knowledge workers' leader identification and organizational ethical climate.Therefore,this article starts from the micro level and combines intrinsic identification and organizational context to study how ethical leadership enhances knowledge workers' pro-environmental behavior.Based on literature research and related theories,this paper discusses the impact of ethical leadership on knowledge workers' pro-environmental behavior,and adds leader identification and organizational ethical climate,constructs a moderated mediation model,and proposes corresponding research hypotheses.According to the study actual design and issue questionnaires,process data and verify hypotheses through Excel and SPSS22.0.The results of the study show that ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on knowledge workers' pro-environmental behavior;knowledge workers' leader identification plays a part of mediating role between ethical leadership and pro-environmental behavior;organizational ethical climate moderates the effect of ethical leadership on knowledge workers' leader identification,also moderates the mediating effect of leader identification.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,management enlightenments are proposed,including emphasizing the selection and training of ethical leaders,promoting knowledge workers' leader identification,improving management concepts,creating a positive organizational ethical climate and strengthening the guidance of leaders on the pro-environmental behavior of knowledge workers.
