Research On The Competitiveness Of Tianjin Jiuan Medical Electronics Co.,Ltd.

With the improvement of living standards,people's health awareness and the acceleration of population ageing,the government's policy support for the health care industry has been continuously strengthened,and the market demand for health care related services has been gradually expanding.As a blue ocean industry,health industry has huge market potential.One important branch is the health care industry.From the current situation of development,there are still many deficiencies in health care services,such as weak strength,low innovation capacity,high-level professionals and technical personnel shortage and a series of problems.How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and obtain lasting competitive advantage is an important issue for health care service enterprises.On the basis of existing research at home and abroad,this paper takes the competitiveness of Tianjin Jiuan Medical Electronics Co.,Ltd.as the research topic,based on the modern enterprise theory,the development status of Jiuan medical enterprises and the characteristics of the industry competitiveness,the construction of the evaluation model of Jiuan medical competitiveness was studied.Firstly,based on the classical theory of competitiveness and the methodology of index system design,the evaluation model of medical competitiveness in Jiuan hospital was constructed,including the evaluation factor model and the analysis of index connotation.Referring to the structure of evaluation factors of enterprise competitiveness,the evaluation system of health service enterprise competitiveness proposed in this paper mainly includes three first-level indexes: Enterprise Basic Resources,enterprise capability and enterprise environment,using entropy weight TPOPSIT method to give weight to indexes.Based on this,this paper empirically evaluates the competitiveness of 11 listed companies from 2014 to2018,including Jiuan medical,from three dimensions: comprehensive competitiveness,vertical competitiveness and horizontal competitiveness.The results of the empirical analysis show that the comprehensive ranking of Jiuan medical is at the level of "strong" competitiveness,and presents a "m-type" fluctuation trend,the results showed that Jiuan medical ranked relatively high in brand influence,human capital,innovation ability and anti-risk ability.The fixed effect regression analysis is carried out by introducing the governance structure and corporate responsibility variables to the influencing factors of competitiveness.The results show that the proportion of tradable shares,employee responsibility and competitiveness show significant negative effects.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Jiuan medical company from four aspects: improving the ability of science and technology innovation,training professional personnel,strengthening the consciousness ofbrand strategy and optimizing the internal management structure.There are13 pictures,30 tables and 66 references in this paper.
