In recent years,with the rapid development of the securities industry,the mutual competition between securities business departments has gradually intensified.ZG securities business department wants to stabilize its market position,enhance its competitiveness,and accelerate the realization of the maximization of the revenue of the business department.An effective performance appraisal program is necessary.As an effective performance appraisal tool,balanced scorecard is being accepted by many enterprises in China.As a special profit-making organization,the securities business department has both income and risk.The high income will be accompanied by high risk.In order to meet the regulatory requirements of the CSRC for this special profitmaking organization,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the original performance appraisal of the ZG securities business department in combination with the actual situation of the ZG securities business department and the current performance appraisal methods And analyze the reasons of the problems,and use the method of Balanced Scorecard to optimize the performance evaluation program of ZG securities business department.First of all,through the introduction of the current performance appraisal of ZG securities business department,this paper analyzes the problems of its inability to achieve strategic objectives,unreasonable appraisal indicators,unreasonable weight distribution,etc.,and then explains the necessity of introducing the balanced scorecard.Secondly,the strategic objectives are broken down according to the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and drawn into a strategic map,and then the strategic objectives in each dimension of the balanced scorecard are detailed into the corresponding performance appraisal indicators,and the weight of these indicators is determined through the management scoring and the calculation of AHP,so as to optimize the performance appraisal scheme of the securities business department.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and safeguard measures for the optimization of performance appraisal scheme.Through the research on the optimization of the performance appraisal scheme of the Balanced Scorecard introduced by ZG securities business department,ZG securities business department can further resist many threats caused by the unreasonable performance appraisal method,which is conducive to the business department to improve its profitability and performance,provide better services for customers,and has strong practical value and operability.In addition,the development of Chinas securities market is relatively late,and there are not many academic researches on the introduction of Balanced Scorecard into the performance appraisal of securities business department.Therefore,the research of this paper hopes to play a role in the introduction of Balanced Scorecard into the performance appraisal of securities business department,which can be used as a reference for scholars studying this aspect and other securities business departments as well as other securities business departments The optimization of the performance appraisal scheme of the whole securities industry provides reference value.
