Since entering the new era,especially since the 18 th National Party Congress,the level of development of the insurance industry has continued to grow,and competition among insurance agencies has continued.The development of the insurance industry is mainly based on the growth of premium income,and the growth of premiums cannot be separated from the marketing of marketing personnel,and the competition of various insurance institutions is mainly the competition of talents.Performance evaluation is a very critical and important part of human resource management,and plays a vital role in the future development of enterprises.For insurance institutions,it is very important to create an effective,scientific,and reasonable performance evaluation plan within the company to stimulate employees' potential,mobilize employees' enthusiasm,and enable the rapid realization of corporate strategic goals.This article mainly studies the performance appraisal plan of bancassurance marketing personnel of H life insurance company.Through the study of performance appraisal related theory,it uses empirical research method,literature research method,statistical analysis method and other research methods to evaluate The performance appraisal plan analyzes and discusses the problems and deficiencies in the performance appraisal plan of the bancassurance marketing personnel of H Life Insurance Company.After analysis,it is found that the problems in the performance evaluation plan of bancassurance marketing personnel of H Life Insurance Company mainly include that performance evaluation pays too much attention to quantitative index evaluation and ignores qualitative index evaluation;the role of performance evaluation is not fully understood;the design of performance evaluation program lacks marketing personnel The joint participation of leaders;leaders do not attach importance to the process of performance evaluation,flow on the surface of evaluation,lack of feedback mechanism;unable to fairly and objectively evaluate employees' daily performance and other aspects,and analyze the reasons for theseproblems.In response to these problems,this article optimizes the performance evaluation plan of bancassurance marketing personnel of H life insurance company in combination with the relevant theory of performance evaluation.This article aims at optimizing the performance evaluation plan of bancassurance marketing personnel of H Life Insurance Company,mainly combining the balanced scorecard method and the key performance index method,fully considering the characteristics of bancassurance marketing personnel and a comprehensive evaluation perspective,and setting the corresponding performance evaluation index,And combine quantitative and qualitative indicators to achieve a balance of various factors;at the same time,in the process of establishing a performance evaluation model,using the efficacy coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,organically combine the analysis of qualitative indicators and the calculation of quantitative indicators To optimize the original plan into a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation plan.
