With the continuous development of economic globalization and the contimuous release of excess capacity in China,more and more enterprises begin to gl abroad and expand their scope of overseas business.In order to adapt to the development of the market and strengthen their core competitiveness,some enterprises outsource their non-main business to professional companies by outsourcing.Supply chain support services for overscas EPIC projects emerge as the requires.The performance of supply chain support services of large enterprises directly affects the smooth implementation of contract during wnstruction,When professional companies provide supply chain support services bottleneck of capital flow of each node often brings"barrel short bard" effect,which partially offsets the small profits of large enterprises in obtaining overscan projects,Faccd with this problem,enterprises actively explore and strive to broaden the funding channels,tesulting in a series of effective financing models.This paper takes the supply chain support service of an overseas EPIC project undertaken by CNOOC A Company as the research object.Firstly,the bottlencck of capital flow of each step in the process of providing service is analyzed,and the financing mode adopted by Company A to solve this problem is studied,Finall,the adoption of Company A is demonstrated by defining and evaluating the various indicators affecting the finuncing effect The rationality of this financing model.This paper combines theory with practice aiming at solving financing problem of overseas supply chain support services through the cass of A company using accounts receivable financing providing a reference for the financing schemes of enterpises engaged in this kind of business,and contributing a little value to the application of this financing model in practice.
