| Since the rise of fresh e-commerce,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the increase of international trades,cross-border fresh e-commerce(CBFEC)has been budding in the global market,but also restricted by the high international logistics cost and the loss of imported fresh products.In recent years,relying on the development of informatization and internationalization,the process of customs declaration and inspection for cross-border e-commerce has been continuously optimized,and the existing polices also support CBFEC enterprises more in terms of taxes and the process of customs declaration and inspection.Meanwhile,the rapid development of bonded areas and warehouses also has provided new solutions for cross-border e-commerce logistics.Against this background,this dissertation aims to optimize the logistics network of CBFEC based on the location decisions of bonded warehouse,to promote the development of more related researches in terms of CBFEC and cross-border logistics network optimization.The core of this dissertation is considering different situations and needs of the target customer groups of the enterprises,and,based on the policies of bonded area and the application of bonded warehouse,to build a discrepant CBFEC logistics network optimization model and verify it by practical cases,in order to provide a practical optimization method to assist stakeholders to make decisions.This dissertation firstly introduced the research background of CBFEC,summarized and analyzed the previous studies to find that the current theoretical research on the optimization of CBFEC logistics network had fallen behind the actual development.Secondly,this dissertation summarized the present situation of CBFEC and relative logistics network in Chinese market including products,business and operation,introduced the connotation and operation flow of bonded warehouse,cleared the definition and function of fresh bonded warehouse,and summarized the related policy,in order to analyze existing problems and reasons of CBFEC and relative logistics network in Chinese market with some influence factors,and put forward the optimization direction and goals of CBFEC and relative logistics network.Furthermore,based on the location decision of bonded warehouse,this dissertation constructed the optimization model of CBFEC logistics network for individual customers and enterprise customers,built corresponding models and designed solution algorithm.And then the calculations were made through the processed real data within the real cases.Finally,the optimized results were analyzed,summarized and compared to reach a conclusion.The results of the study indicate that for the by Fresh E-commerce companies,the rational application of bonded warehouses in cross-border logistics networks can reduce costs and product loss rates,and improve operational efficiency and profitability.Therefore,the application of bonded warehouses will be the main solutions for international logistics operations of CBFEC within its continuous development.Regarding this conclusion,this dissertation will promote the theory development of cross-border fresh e-commerce and cross-border logistics network optimization.There are 13 figures,18 tables and 90 references. |
