With the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous improvement of the market economy system and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,talents have become the key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The essence of enterprise competition is talent competition.How to select talents effectively and accurately,how to allocate talents reasonably and how to develop talents with pertinence have become the restrictive factors.Effective talent evaluation can help enterprises to evaluate,identify and predict the quality of talents accurately.An objective,fair and unified talent evaluation index system is the basis of talent evaluation.First of all,from the research background and significance,this paper points out the necessity of building the talent evaluation index system;secondly,from a large number of domestic and foreign literature,it looks for advanced concepts,technologies and methods related to talent evaluation and talent evaluation index,so as to reserve knowledge for the later talent evaluation index system construction.Secondly,according to the current situation of KD Company's application of talent evaluation indicators at all levels,the problems of KD Company's talent evaluation indicators at all levels are found,such as incomplete evaluation indicators of employees at all levels,unreasonable proportion of evaluation indicators of grass-roots employees,unclear evaluation standards of grass-roots managers,lack of pertinence of evaluation indicators of middlelevel managers,etc.,and the original problems are further analyzed Because,this article from the company's job description is not perfect,the evaluation index weight formulation mechanism is not perfect,the evaluator lacks a certain degree of professionalism,the decision-maker has misunderstandings on talent evaluation.Finally,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and factor analysis,the collection,statistics,sorting,selection and modification of talent evaluation indicators at all levels are carried out to determine the talent evaluation indicators at all levels;then,the talent evaluation indicators at all levels are formulated through evaluation phrases,and the evaluation scales are defined in quantitative form,and the standards of talent evaluation indicators at all levels are formulated;then,the level analysis is used The method is to scientifically establish the weight of each level of talent evaluation index,clarify the proportion of each index in the overall index system,and finally build the talent evaluation index system of KD Company's middle-level managers,grass-roots managers and grass-roots employees.Based on the current situation and existing problems of KD Company's talent evaluation index system at all levels,this paper aims to establish a unified,comprehensive,scientific and operable talent evaluation index system at all levels,so as to provide reference for KD Company's talent selection,allocation,training and development Test,improve the core competitiveness of KD Company,and realize the sustainable development of KD Company.
