With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile devices in today's society,the call to build a "learning society" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Mobile learning has received more and more attention,and the development of mobile learning industry has become more and more rapid.The pressure in the corresponding mobile learning industry is also growing.The industry development also has problems such as product homogeneity,more investment and less return,and low user activity,Enterprises should recognize the development status of the industry,face up to the problems encountered in the continuous development of the industry,constantly improve their products,give full play to their advantages,so as to occupy a place in the market in the fierce industry competition.Based on the self-determination theory and the boosting theory,this paper defines the English mobile learning app from the perspective of the English learning app and the user itself,and finds out six independent variables and three intermediate variables,and the impact of each factor and the user's willingness to continue to use The concept is defined,and the research hypothesis is put forward based on the relationship between variables.In the empirical research,the online questionnaire survey is mainly used to collect the data needed for the survey.First,a small-scale pre survey is carried out.According to the results of the pre survey,the formal survey is improved,and the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire are analyzed.The data of the formal survey are analyzed by descriptive statistics.The structural equation model is divided by AMOS software Analysis,to verify the research hypothesis.According to the results of empirical research,except for the five significant effects of learning goal setting on users' willingness to continue to use,the other five research hypotheses proposed in this paper are all valid,The research of this paper is not only to use a single proven information system research model,or to combine several classic information system research models together,but to build a research model from the perspective of some factors that may "boost" users' use of the English learning app itself,combined with some internal factors of users.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the design managers of English learning app and users.
