With the development of Internet technology,online learning technology should be widely used in the field of enterprise learning because of its convenience,low cost and wide coverage.Online learning also has corresponding shortcomings,it is difference of face-to-face teaching as the same time,the same place,also the face-to-face can practice and feedback with timely and effective,that will affect the transformation of learning results.The traditional face-to-face centralized teaching method has the advantages of small coverage and high organization cost,but the training effect is more effective than online learning.Considering the more effective saving of resources and the effectiveness of training,enterprises in the implementation of training more explore the combination of the two,complement each other,effectively carry out training.Therefore,in the enterprise internal training,often on-line and off-line combination of ways to carry out internal training projects.Robert McDonald,chief operating officer of Procter & Gamble,borrowed a military term to describe the new business world: "This is a VUCA world." VUCA refers to volatile,uncertain,complex,ambiguous.We are living in a world of instability,uncertainty,complexity and vagueness.With the development of network technology and the younger employment groups,the learning habits of enterprise learners are also changing.Enterprise learning needs to change from a company-centered learning mode to a learner-centered learning mode,hoping to leverage the transformation of learning through learning experience.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the influencing factors of learning experience and learning effect can provide better support for the development of enterprise training managers.In the process of reading a large number of research reports and project implementation,learning experience has been found to be an important research direction in recent years.Combining theoretical analysis,literature research and related articles,it is found that more research on learning experience focuses on online learning or traditional training,less research on hybrid learning experience under the Internet,and more evaluation of training from the perspective of enterprises in China,less descriptive learning from the perspective of trainees.Experience of learning activities.This study describes the relationship between trainees' experience and training effect from the perspective of students' experience and customer experience,and from the perspective of online learning experience and offline teaching experience.Because the author carries out a large number of mixed learning training projects every year,the participants in this study are students from various mixed learning projects.Because different enterprises and different levels of participants in mixed learning can be contacted,so it can be more targeted questionnaire survey,and through statistical analysis,explore the relationship between the trainees' experience and training effect.In the process of questionnaire design,combined with the theory of critical moment of service,the psychological needs of students at each critical moment are analyzed,and the contact points between students and training projects at each critical moment are explored.Therefore,the following research hypotheses are put forward: learning experience and learning results have individual differences;learning experience and learning results have a significant positive correlation;learning interactive experience and learning results are positively correlated;learning content experience and learning results are positively correlated.After the preliminary investigation,the hypothesis of the theoretical model is verified,the questionnaire is further revised,and the formal investigation is conducted again.The following findings are obtained from statistical analysis.Firstly,from the average of the data,we can see that the subjects are satisfied with the experience of learning content,learning interaction and learning management.Secondly,we find that learning management has a significant positive correlation with learning effect,learning content has a significant positive impact on learning effect,and learning interaction has an impact on learning effect.It is not significant;then,through data analysis,it is found that learning outcomes show individual differences in academic qualifications.Based on the research results and the critical moment of learning experience,the following suggestions give advice for the improvement of training experience:At the first part,encourage students,manage expectations;at the Participate part,start with the end,quality assurance;at the end of the learning,guide learning to apply,promote the transformation of results;at the Share and feedback part,result feedback,strengthen the application.
