Research On The Development Strategy Of Tea Estate From The Perspective Of Construction Of Pastoral Complex

Rural economic development has always been the focus of party and government development planning.In the 19 th National Congress of 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly proposed that in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",rural economic development should be the focus of future development.At the same time,in the State Council executive meeting in 2018,Premier Li Keqiang also proposed a development plan for rural revitalization.On the basis of the increasing emphasis of the party and the country on rural development,the relevant policy system for rural development has been continuously proposed and improved,and the rural economic development has also shown a good development trend.Among them,the rural development industry based on rural tourism has shown a rapid development trend and has shown advantages in the development of rural economy in the country,but it has also developed in the process of rural leisure tourism industry expansion and model mining in recent years.bottleneck.Based on this,the concept of "a rural complex" proposed in 2017 as a strategy for the development of rural leisure tourism economy also appeared in the No.1 document of the central plan,whichis an important way to implement the rural revitalization strategy.This article takes Pinya Tea Estate as the research object,and conducts field investigations on Pinya Tea Estate for several aspects such as management structure,spatial layout,infrastructure construction,and architectural style,analyzes the current management and development problems of Pinya Tea Estate.Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the development of Pinya Tea Estate under "Pastoral Complex",a planning strategy for the transformation and development of Pinya Tea Estate under the "Pastoral Complex" model is proposed.The article first uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to explain the current management structure,spatial layout,infrastructure construction and architectural features of the estate;Second,through the tea industry,spatial pattern,infrastructure and Field investigations were conducted in four aspects of internal management,and it was concluded that the current development of Pinya Tea Estate had problems in these aspects.In the current development of China's rural leisure tourism economy,Pinya Tea Estate needs to combine the advantages of the "pastoral complex" proposed by the Party Central Committee and transform in the development conceptand development mode to promote the sustainable development of Pinya Tea Estate;Third,based on the analysis of the relevant concepts of "Pastoral Complex",the feasibility of the transformation of Pinya Tea Estate is analyzed.From the external environment and the internal environment,under the development mode of "Pastoral Complex",it can bring transformational development support to Pinya Tea Estate;Finally,the planning strategy for the transformation and development of Pinya Tea Estate under the "Pastoral Complex" model.This article puts forward the development strategy of Pinya Tea Estate under the "Pastoral Complex" mode from five aspects: the construction of pastoral landscape pattern,the construction of industrial system,the reconstruction of spatial layout,the integration of "tea + tourism" and the improvement of the built environment.
