Study On The Construction Of Rural Complex In Qiaokou Wangcheng District

Based on the people's yearning for a better life and the strategic orientation of rural rejuvenation,the classical patterns and experiences of rural complex at home and abroad were studied by this paper.Advanced experiences of Foreign Leisure agriculture,multi-functional agriculture,ecological life,public pastoral and sightseeing agriculture were learned.Starting with the case studies of the first rural complex in China,such as"Idyllic East" in Wuxi Yangshan,Taomi village in Taiwan,and"Xiangshan Guoyu" in Tongchuan Yaozhou,this paper analyzes the experience and Enlightenment of the construction of the rural complex in China,and deepen the understanding of rural complex effects on inheritance and protection of the natural environment and local culture of the rural complex,and actively guides and organizes the rural development by the government and non-governmental organizations,and meet the needs of people and the role of industrial specialization,diversification and informatization through studying the sightseeing tourism in Britain,America,Japan and the pastoral examples of the eco-citizens in Germany.And then SWOT analysis on the construction of rural complex in Qiaokou Town,Wangcheng District from four aspects of opportunity,advantage,threat and disadvantage,and the construction mode of "two zone integration" in agricultural garden and community,the"three production integration" of agriculture,industry and services,the"two-district integration" of farmland and community were targeted.By collecting geographic information and land use planning maps of land departments,distribution of urban and rural construction land in development and reform departments and planning departments,and ecological construction planning of environmental protection departments,etc.,and combines with Qiaokou Land Use Regulation.Land planning,urban and rural planning,ecological environment planning and the control of "green line","blue line","red line","yellow line","black line"and "purple line",a map of urban and rural spatial layout was drawn.The guiding significance of "multi-regulation and integration" in the construction of an open-style rural complex in Qiaokou Town,Wangcheng District,where is an small town less than 40 kilometers from Changsha,at the township level was discussed.Strategies of space optimization,functional zoning,industrial upgrading and resource protection were posed on the "one-map layout".Specifically,for the"Qiaokou Fishing Capital" in the industrial transformation and upgrading,agricultural products classification industry,soil remediation and utilization industry,small lobster industry chain extension industry,"shrimp-rice" and "crab-rice" and other flexible combinations of agricultural industry,tourism IP(Intellectual Property)to promote cultural tourism industry etc.were proposed.In the end,Qiaokou rural complex on Planning policy,population policy,industrial policy and land policy were suggested.
