China in the 21st century is a typical aging society.As of 2014,the number of elderly people over the age of 60 reached 210 million,accounting for 15.5% of the total population.It is undeniable that China's population aging has grown faster than the world.It is in this context that the issue of old-age care is not only a social issue,but also a global issue,which is related to the economic and civilized development of a society and even a country.China's social endowment insurance system can be divided into basic endowment insurance,enterprise supplementary endowment insurance(also known as enterprise annuity),personal savings endowment insurance,and commercial endowment insurance.Enterprise annuity is the second pillar of endowment insurance,and its development is increasingly affected by As society attaches importance,the replacement rate of annuities affects the living standards of employees after retirement,and the contribution rate of annuities affects the work pressure of employees before retirement.Today,the role of enterprise annuity in social endowment is becoming increasingly prominent.The text of this article mainly refers to the key content of the current research on enterprise annuity replacement rates and contribution rates at home and abroad.This article is both a summary of them and a re-interpretation after digestion and understanding in order to analyze the annuity payment rate under the target replacement rate.Sensitive factors,forming a reasonable opinion on the optimization of the effect of annuity replacement rate and contribution rate on the basis of gender equity.This paper introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of enterprise annuity,combs the research status of annuity replacement rate and contribution rate,and constructs the balance model of enterprise annuity fund by using the method of insurance actuary.on the basis of the decomposition of the factors affecting the replacement rate of enterprise annuity,the sensitive factors of annuity contribution rate are decomposed.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the annuity contribution rate and the sense of target substitution rate,the rate of return on fund investment,the annual average wage growth rate,the number of years of contribution and the number of years of receipt,and draws relevant conclusions and policies.The results show that under different target replacement rates,the contribution yearsand contribution rates of workers change in the opposite direction,and the contribution rate of female workers is always higher than that of male workers,indicating that the contribution years have a greater impact on the contribution rate of female workers;under the same target replacement rate,the shorter the contribution period,the greater the gap between male and female workers.In the case of the same contribution period,the sensitive coefficient between the annuity rate and the target replacement rate is 1,that is to say,the two increase or decrease at the same speed,and the gap between male and female workers' contribution rate expands with the increase of the target replacement rate;the rate of return on fund investment and the rate of contribution show a trend of change in the opposite direction,while the growth rate of wages and the rate of contribution show a trend in the same direction.There is a positive correlation between the number of years of receipt and the contribution rate of annuity,and the number of years of receipt has a greater impact on the contribution rate of male workers.
