Under the background of the separation of the two rights,the principal-agent problem between the shareholders and the management of the company arises,in order to solve the increasingly prominent principal-agent contradiction,the equity incentive mechanism emerges as the times require.On the one hand,the implementation of equity incentive makes the interests of shareholders and management tend to be consistent,on the other hand,it also helps enterprises to retain core talents and attract foreign talents.Through the case study,this paper focuses on the motivation of the implementation of equity incentive and the effect of the implementation before and after the equity incentive,hoping that the successful experience of the case enterprises can provide a valuable reference for the implementation of equity incentive for other companies in China.First of all,this paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad to determine the necessity of this study.Secondly,it expounds the concept and theoretical basis of equity incentive,On this basis,taking Supor as an example,this paper discusses in detail the four equity incentive schemes carried out by Supor under different property rights,and elaborates its implementation contents and implementation results in detail.From the point of view of the motivation of equity incentive,the private stage equity incentive embodies the purpose of strong welfare and self-interest of middle and high management,while the equity incentive plan under the nature of foreign property rights focuses on stabilizing the management team,strengthening the talent team and promoting the long-term development of the company.Then from the result analysis of equity incentive,it can be divided into market reaction,financial performance,non-financial performance such as market share,innovation ability and so on,to evaluate the effect of enterprise equity incentive before and after the change of equity incentive under different property rights.The analysis shows that the equity incentive makes the company's financial performance improve,and its innovation ability,market share and other non-financial indicators are also improved,which are all good for Supor's future development.Finally,according to the results of the case analysis,the successful experience and shortcomings of the enterprise equity incentive scheme are refined.The success of Supor's equity incentive lies in the diversification of the incentive object,the stabilization of the management team,the comprehensive improvement of financial performance and non-financial performance.Based on the success and shortcomings of Supor's equity incentive,this paper gives the concrete suggestions of equity incentive: making the equity incentive scheme reasonably,choosing the reasonable time to carry out the equity incentive scheme,including the relative index into the assessment standard,improving the equity incentive of the case enterprise from these aspects,and improving the equity incentive effect of the case enterprise.
