Traditional Chinese clothing export industry has always owned advantage,in recent years,facing with difficulties of labor cost rising,industrial transformation and upgrading,upstream cost increasing,downstream cost decreasing,causing most of trading companies into profit space compression and survival pressure.While overall exporting volume is growing,profits are falling.How to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and quality,has become the priority task of clothing export enterprise.Based on WF Company as an example,this paper from the merchandiser positions as the breakthrough point,applying the idea of process reengineering and optimization,meanwhile combining ESEIA rule and important performance matrix as a theoretical support,analyzing the merchandising process of WF Company.Main contents include:(1)WF Company current process description,mainly including business development process,negotiation quotation process,quality sample process,order signed process,scheduling production plan,purchasing decision process,fabric warehousing,production supervision and quality control process,export customs declaration process,settlement of tax refund process;(2)the merchandiser process problem analysis,including sample development and order confirmation,sign,review and input,production preparation,procurement,production process of textiles face tracking,shipment tracking,reminder of the settlement of exchange;(3)key process identification and problem analysis.The key process of purchasing,production scheduling,and process control and quality management were identified by using the method of performance important matrix and interview questionnaire.(4)Optimization of business documentary key process.Using ESEIA,benchmarking analysis optimize the critical process,make working method optimized,workflow and information flow smoothly,meanwhile improve the work efficiency,to achieve stronger control of the process,the results of process more manageable purposes;(5)the merchandiser process optimization implementation safeguard measures,including the process optimization implementation work preparation,based on the new process of organization structure change,performance evaluation mechanism to upgrade,and the corresponding technical measures.In this paper,based on the type of foreign trade export enterprise merchandiser process optimization research,not only has the practical significance to help improve the level of business inside the company,increase customer satisfaction,reduce operating cost,improve operational efficiency,enhance enterprise core competence,but also has a certain reference for the domestic same type enterprise process optimization for the same position.
