Study On The Development Of Rural Complex Of Xiushui Town Yushu City Under The Rural Area Revitalization Background

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a fundamental issue related to national economy and people's livelihood.The entire party is required to make solving the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" a top priority,and the most important thing is to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.The key to the strategy of rural vitalization is the integrated development of industries,and the single development mode of agricultural industrial parks has been unable to meet the requirements of industrial upgrading and coordinated development under the new situation.Under the new normal of economy,agricultural development has entered a new stage.The traditional agricultural and rural development mode has not kept pace with the development of The Times.The development of agriculture urgently needs a new mode and a new way of thinking to realize the increase of farmers' income,agricultural efficiency and rural green.As a new mode to promote the transformation of agricultural industry and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,pastoral complex is an effective way to explore the beauty of rural areas and the wealth of farmers,providing important support for rural revitalization.Yushu city is known as "the first granary" in the world.Adjusting the planting industry structure,innovating the agricultural operation mode and promoting the integrated development of the three industries are important means for promoting the rural economic development of Yushu city.Therefore,Xiushui town,Yushu City takes the pastoral complex as an important carrier and platform for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Xiushui town built the pastoral complex according to the actual situation of agricultural development,but encountered a bottleneck in the development process.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the problems encountered in the development of garden complex and put forward appropriate Suggestions for the rural revitalization of Xiushui town,Yushu city.This paper comprehensively analyzes the development problems of pastoral complex in Xiushui town,Yushu city,by means of literature research,field research,expert consultation and case analysis.Through SWOT analysis of the development of garden complex in Xiushui town,Yushu city,this paper puts forward Xiushui town's advantages in traffic location,industrial foundation,history and culture,etc.;disadvantages of labor resources,agricultural industry chain and ecological environment;policy support,rural tourism boom and the opportunity for the rapid development of modern agricultural informatization;competition for the development of many pastoral complexes,limited high-tech support and the threat of insufficient capitalinvestment.Based on the experience of rural complex development at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote the growth,torsion and multi-participation of rural complex development in Xiushui town,Yushu city,so as to realize the rural revitalization of Xiushui town,Yushu city.
