Currently,China’s small and medium-sized high-tech companies are facing with the challenges of shortened product life cycle,industry upgrade and rapidly changing demands of consumers.If small and medium-sized high-tech companies expect to survive and develop in an intense market environment,they need to use a scientific and rational performance management system in stead of using an extensive internal management model to improve competitiveness of the enterprise,improve business performance,and realize the corporate vision.This article takes M company as the research object.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literatures on performance management,this paper attempts to design and construct a performance assessment system based on M enterprise’s balanced scorecard.This article first organizes and summarizes the literature and theories related to the field of balanced scorecards,performance evaluation and management,and It reviews of the basic situation of M enterprise,research the current performance management method,analysis the problems in the performance management of M companies.On this basis,the investigation and research on M company performance evaluation management improvement was carried out.The index system and index weights of company performance evaluation management were given,and the performance evaluation system of M company based on balanced scorecard was constructed.Finally,based on M company’s 2018 management data as the basis,the planning indicators are used as evaluation targets,and the performance of M company is calculated and analyzed.The study believes that the performance evaluation and management system oriented by the Balanced Scorecard is in line with M’s strategic management orientation.Through the company’s monthly overall performance evaluation,it is possible to find out the development trend of an evaluation index and urge all relevant units to work and improve.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the difference between company performance and goals,the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are given. |
