| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the concept of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" has become more popular,and at the same time,innovation has become particularly important,while small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are the backbone of promoting "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation." It is the main force to promote innovation in our country.With the development of China’s market economy,small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are playing an important role in promoting employment,increasing financial revenue and promoting steady economic development.However,the development of innovation has also led to the intensification of competition among enterprises.For small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,this kind of competition is particularly fierce,so small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises want to owning the market,which is not enough to rely on innovation production alone.It is also necessary to establish a suitable performance evaluation system,evaluate oneself correctly,integrate resources,and realize the maximization of enterprise value by taking the strategic goal of enterprise as the guide.In this paper,HJ small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are selected as the research object.Based on reviewing the previous research results,expounding the relevant theoretical basis and introducing the characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the present situation of HJ enterprise performance evaluation system.It also points out the existing problems and points out that it is necessary and conditional for HJ enterprises to introduce the performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard.In this paper,a scientific performance evaluation system is established.According to Analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of each index of HJ enterprise performance evaluation system is ascertained by means of expert scoring and questionnaire survey,and the index score is calculated by standardized data processing method.Then analyze the results and put forward suggestions for improvement.In the end,the paper points out the problems in the research and the prospects for the future.The contribution of this paper is that according to the strategic objectives,characteristics and development of HJ enterprises,it determines some targeted indicators reflecting the performance of the enterprises,and establishes a set of performance evaluation system which is in line with the long-term strategic objectives of the enterprises.It is of great significance for HJ enterprises to evaluate themselves accurately,to obtain benign development and to realize the value of enterprises.At the same time,this paper also optimizes the application of balanced scorecard in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises on the basis of analyzing the research conclusions,which provides some practical reference value for the performance evaluation research of the same type of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.But also for balanced scorecards can better transport small and medium-sized high-tech Enterprise application provides some reference and reference function. |
