Performance management from now to now has gone through 20 years of history.Since the 1990 s,with the worldwide scientific and technological revolution caused by the restructuring of the organizational structure and industrial structure,competition among enterprises gradually intensified,human resources become the first enterprise resources,determine the success or failure of enterprises in the competition.At the same time,the management of people has become the highlight of enterprise management,human resources become an important part of the enterprise.In-house to achieve the appropriate person and post,so as to achieve the best of their talent,before making the best use,a tireless pursuit of enterprises,but also enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market in an invincible key.The research of this paper mainly wants to summarize the problems that the small and medium-sized private enterprises should pay attention to in the introduction of BSC through the case analysis of Tianyu Group.Before the analysis of Tianyu Group,the research and application of Balanced Scorecard are expatiated.Secondly,it analyzes the theory of performance appraisal and balanced scorecard,clarifies the strategy and status of performance management,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of BSC in detail.On this basis,the Tianyu Group to conduct a specific analysis of Tianyu Group in the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard performance management status and problems before participating in the design and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Tianyu Group to find the introduction of balance meter Points card in the process of problems,and get inspiration.Through the case study of Tianyu Group,the author summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the introduction of balanced scorecard in small and medium-sized private enterprises in China,in order to provide some help for the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of small and medium-sized private enterprises.It is not difficult to find out that in order to fundamentally improve the performance management of Chinese enterprises,it is necessary to study and introduce the advanced performance management system of Balanced Scorecard.Although some large state-owned enterprises in our country are in the process of performance management,This has some exploration,but there are still some errors.In this paper,through the small and medium private enterprises in China to introduce the practice of Balanced Scorecard,with Liaoning Tianyu Group case analysis,from a micro point of view as a starting point,the Balanced Scorecard in China's enterprises to make small To improve the status of performance management of Chinese enterprises,put forward their own views.
