With the continuous growth of China's automobile market,the competition of parts industry is increasingly fierce.Customers' requirements for product development are constantly improving,product upgrading is faster and faster,and the market environment is complex and changeable,which leads to more and more risks for parts suppliers in the process of new program development.In order to reduce the risk more effectively and improve the success rate of the program development,risk management should be started from the quotation stage of the program,compare to the normal process that risk management start after program nomination,it could solve the problem that the risk countermeasures are not applicable,so as to improve the effectiveness of risk management countermeasures.This paper first outlines the risk management theory and the situation of J Company's cooler program that is in the quotation stage.Then take the program as the study object,for each factors of program development,rely on the knowledge and experience of the professional program members of each department,use brainstorm and checklist method to identify the risk,use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk and calculate the corresponding weight of these risk factors,rank the risk factors and select the key risk factors.Then,based on the results of risk analysis,generate related action plan,and monitor the completion of each risk countermeasure by risk monitoring report.Finally,compared the results of risk management in different stages,it is proved that risk management has certain advantages at the beginning of quotation stage.Then it describes some shortcomings of this paper,will improve it in future..
