Research On The Impact Of Business Environment On Technological Innovation

Our country socialist economy since reform and opening up has experienced nearly thirty years of rapid development,but our country present stage of natural endowment and the market environment is difficult to support such extensive economic growth situation,in order to our future long-term economic development,and to adapt to the economic changes in the new normal,"double gen" strategy become the power of our country strategy,provide power for a new round of development,the key,and endogenous variable is innovation,into "innovation driven" economic model is an important approach to the path of sustainable development.In the context of the current economic transformation in China,the business environment is not only an external factor that enterprises rely on for production activities,but also an important prerequisite for enterprises to achieve profit growth.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of the business environment on technological innovation.Starting from the definition of business environment and technological innovation,and using the qualitative analysis of public choice theory and endogenous growth theory,this paper concludes that business environment has a double impact on the whole process of technological innovation activities.Case of business environment evaluation at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized in this paper,combined with the research needs,this paper USES comprehensive empowerment method to build the business environment evaluation index system,and applies the threshold regression metering method of 30 provinces in 2009-2017 data regression analysis,empirically the influence of business environment for technical innovation is roughly U;On this basis,the threshold effect is tested to determine the threshold value of the dual relationship.The results of this paper show that there is a u-shaped relationship between the business environment and each link of technological innovation activities.That is,in the initial stage of optimizing the business environment,the initial pains of reform will inhibit technological innovation activities,but in the long run,optimizing the business environment can promote technological innovation activities.Based on this,the inflection point of the u-shaped curve is determined.At present,two provinces and cities in China have crossed the second threshold and entered the double dividend stage of business environment and technological innovation.Nine provinces and citiessuccessfully crossed the u-shaped bottom and entered the stage of positive impact of business environment on technological innovation.But most provinces and cities are still in the early stages of improving their business environment.Based on the empirical quantitative results,this paper tries to explain and analyze the reasons for the impact of business environment on technological innovation from several aspects,and then proposes corresponding improvement Suggestions from the government level.
