With the advent of the era of the knowledge economy,the demand for knowledge-based talents and resources of enterprises has become more and more diversified and hierarchical.Today,with more emphasis on cooperation,the desire and channels for enterprises to explore knowledge are also increasing.The theory of knowledge resource foundation believes that as a unique resource,the importance of enterprise innovation is gradually recognized by more and more enterprises.In the context of globalization,today's corporate innovation behavior can no longer rely on the enterprise itself.The resources are met,and the company needs more external resources to support it,the most important of which is the knowledge resource.Knowledge transfer occurs when an enterprise attempts to acquire knowledge resources from the outside.Knowledge transfer is the basic and critical resource for an enterprise's innovation activities.At the same time,knowledge can be divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Two different types of knowledge The influence of knowledge on the innovation behavior of enterprises is also different,so the degree of influence on the innovation performance of enterprises is also different.How companies implement practical and innovative behaviors based on their internal and external environments is the key to improving their innovation performance.Dual innovation capabilities,that is,utilization-type innovation and exploratory innovation,can bring short-term and long-term benefits and competitive advantages,Therefore,it is an ability that can not be ignored to improve the innovation performance of enterprises,and the dual innovation ability comes from the enterprise's rich knowledge stock.Based on this,this article takes the three variables of knowledge transfer,dual innovation,and corporate innovation as research objects.By combing the existing research and establishing the theory of knowledge transfer-dual innovation-corporate innovation performance based on knowledge resource basic theory Relationship model.After sorting out the literature,we used a scale suitable for the research in this paper,and collected the data needed by this research through a questionnaire survey.The SPSS data analysis software was used to verify the established structural equation model.The research results show that both explicit knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge transfer positively affect corporate innovation performance,and the impact of tacit knowledge is greater than that of explicit knowledge transfer.The results alsoshow that both explicit and implicit knowledge transfer have a positive impact on dual innovation capabilities,but explicit knowledge transfer has a greater impact on exploitative innovation and tacit knowledge transfer has a greater impact on exploratory innovation.In addition,dual innovation has played a mediating role between knowledge transfer and corporate innovation performance.Finally,according to the empirical research results and conclusions of this article,this article puts forward relevant management theories and practical experience suggestions to provide theoretical guidance for issues related to knowledge transfer and dual innovation.
