Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Transfer On Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of Knowledge Ecology

Tacit knowledge is currently considered to be the most valuable strategic resource for enterprises.The fundamental reason for the difficulty in improving the level of technological innovation of enterprises is that there is no orderly management of tacit knowledge.In recent years,the development of domestic resource-intensive enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises is in a bottleneck period.Enterprises must not only face the challenges of the external economic environment,but also continuously optimize internal management.It is urgent to build a new knowledge eco-type enterprise and promote enterprises with knowledge innovation management.Sustainable development.At present,the academic community has carried out a number of researches on knowledge flow and made relevant progress,but mainly from the perspectives of management and sociology,and rarely from the perspective of ecology and knowledge ecology.In the process of building ecological civilization,enterprises should realize that it is unrealistic to separate from the environment.It is necessary to organically integrate the knowledge environment with the knowledge subject and knowledge source to create an ecological environment conducive to knowledge transfer and sharing.This paper sorts out the related theories of tacit knowledge transfer,dynamic capability and innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge ecology,and defines the connotation and dimension division of tacit knowledge transfer,dynamic capability and innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge ecology.The tacit knowledge transfer is divided into tacit knowledge source,tacit knowledge subject and tacit knowledge environment;the dimension of dynamic ability can be subdivided into resource acquisition ability,resource integration ability and learning absorption ability.Based on the analysis of the impact of tacit knowledge transfer on dynamic capabilities in the perspective of knowledge ecology,this paper further analyzes the impact of dynamic capabilities on innovation performance.Then,through the design of the scale and the questionnaire,using SPSS for regression analysis,etc.,verify the proposed hypothesis and research model.The conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:Firstly,the process of tacit knowledge transfer and the formation of innovative dynamic capabilities are unified.The implicit and embedded degree of tacit knowledge sources are significantly negatively correlated with dynamic capabilities.The knowledge expression ability of knowledge producers in knowledge subjects and the number of seminars,trust environment and cultural atmosphere in the knowledge environment are significantly positively correlated,while the internalization ability of knowledge consumers is dynamic.There is no significant positive impact.Secondly,the three dimensions of dynamic competence have positive effects on innovation performance,and learning absorption capacity has the greatest impact on innovation performance.Thirdly,the tacit knowledge transfer of enterprises from the perspective of knowledge ecology is an important factor affecting the improvement of innovation performance.The implicit and embedded degree of tacit knowledge sources are significantly negatively correlated with innovation performance.The expressive ability of producers in knowledge subjects is significantly positively correlated with the number of seminars held in the knowledge environment and innovation performance.However,the internalization ability of consumers in the knowledge subject and the trust environment and cultural atmosphere in the knowledge environment have no significant impact on innovation performance.Finally,from the perspective of knowledge ecology,the promotion of tacit knowledge transfer to innovation performance is partly achieved through dynamic capabilities.In addition to the direct impact on innovation performance,tacit knowledge transfer can further indirectly influence innovation performance through the intermediary variable of dynamic capability.Based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward four suggestions: improve the expression ability and internalization ability of knowledge transfer subjects;establish a good knowledge transfer path,promote the process of tacit knowledge explicitization;foster emotional trust level,establish shared values;strengthen Construct relevant reward mechanisms to encourage tacit knowledge transfer behavior to maximize corporate innovation performance.
