The existing theoretical research on the Internet transformation of traditional enterprises mainly focuses on the application of enterprises to the Internet.From the traditional retail to the use of big data analysis,cloud computing and cloud storage,the Internet makes data and information more efficient In terms of utilization,there is a lack of research on how Internet transformation affects corporate value.At the same time,the traditional apparel industry is in an environment of technological change and rapid development of science and technology,and there has been a decline in corporate performance and closure of stores.Traditional apparel companies are facing opportunities for continued growth in Chinese consumption,as well as rapid changes in consumption,changes in retail channels,the rise of Internet consumption,and increased global competition.When the traditional apparel retail industry is generally sluggish,the performance of Semir Apparel is particularly interesting.Semir's 2018 annual report shows that operating income in 2018 was 15.719 billion yuan,an increase of 30.71% year-on-year;total profit in 2018 was 2.268 billion yuan,an increase of 49.48% year-on-year.However,while witnessing the continuous growth of the company's performance,they are more concerned about the practice and experience of traditional apparel companies in Internet transformation.This article selects Semir apparel as a case company,using theoretical analysis and case study methods,based on corporate strategy theory,value chain theory,smile curve theory and corporate value creation theory,to explore the ways in which Semir apparel Internet transformation affects corporate value,and then evaluate Semir apparel Whether the Internet transformation has enhanced corporate value.The research found that:(1)At the channel end,Sime Apparel has achieved online and offline synergies by expanding customer acquisition channels,thereby increasing store efficiency.(2)On the product side,by increasing R & D investment and optimizing the product structure,the company's ability to gather customer resources is enhanced.(3)In the supply chain,one is to integrate supplier resources,increase bargaining power and reduce procurement costs;the second is to build a logistics base,increase infrastructure investment,and enhance the supply chain reflection ability,thereby improving product turnover;the third is to promote digitalization Construction to enhance technological competitiveness.By strengthening supply chain management,the purpose of reducing product costs is achieved.(4)In terms of operation and management,the enterprise promotes the management of Amoeba,formulates a partnership mechanism,increases the enthusiasm and creativity of enterprise employees,and thus achieves the goal of overall sales growth of the enterprise.(5)The transformation of the Internet has had a positive impact on the enterprise value in terms of the operating capacity,solvency and profitability of Semir.At the same time,by analyzing the added value of Sime Apparel's operation,it was found that the enterprise promoted the strategic transformation of the Internet,which had a significant effect on enhancing the value of the enterprise,and improved the value creation ability of the enterprise.This paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for guiding traditional clothing companies to undergo Internet transformation,in order to promote the upgrading of traditional clothing companies and provide effective reference for other companies in the same industry.
