In 2015,the state council issued the guidance on actively promoting the "Internet plus" action,and "Internet plus" officially became a national strategy."Internet +",as a new form of economic and social development in the era of new industrial revolution,is constantly penetrating into traditional industries.New Internet technologies represented by cloud computing,big data,blockchain and Internet of things are constantly changing the pattern of the whole traditional industry,as well as the business model and operation mode of traditional enterprises.Therefore,"Internet +"is considered to be a epochal and extensive technological and commercial revolution,which will subvert the information construction and change the overall structure of information technology.In the era of"Internet+",all enterprises are faced with the development and upgrading represented by information technology,among which traditional IT enterprises are the bellwether and propeller.At this stage of transformation and upgrading to the "Internet plus" era,traditional IT enterprises are faced with numerous difficulties.First of all,traditional IT enterprises must meet the needs of their dominant businesses in terms of stable growth and competitive advantages.Secondly,the application of Internet technology requires enterprises to respond in a timely manner.The application of these new technologies will inevitably produce new business models and business areas,which will make enterprises’ traditional advantageous businesses face more uncertain competitive factors and their development prospects become unpredictable.So that companies can keep up with the times and the development of technology,the use of the internet technology and to accurately define the path of the transformation and upgrading of thinking,to take effective strategy and strictly enforce the competitiveness of the enterprise and maintain long-term development play an important role.Taking the transformation and upgrading strategy of traditional IT enterprises in the internet era as the starting point,this paper chooses AISINO as the research object,uses PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment of aerospace information,and SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats inside and outside of aerospace information.It is analyzed that aerospace information can make full use of internet technology,upgrade industry and enterprise transformation to realize innovation and upgrade of business model of"platform +product + service",technological innovation upgrade relying on big data and internet of things,and innovation and upgrade of internet convergence service based on"online +offline".The company is transformed from a product supplier and service provider with tax-controlled products as the core.The model upgrade has gradually formed the whole process of the development pattern of gold tax and enterprise market,financial science and technology and services,Internet of things technology and application,and synergistic integration.It summarizes its experience and lessons in the transformation and upgrade path of integrating innovation and upgrading in three aspects:business model,technology and service.On the basis of previous studies on a single transformation and upgrade path,it is innovative.This paper puts forward the concept of three-dimensional transformation and upgrading path,which can be used as a reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional IT enterprises.
