Analysis And Evaluation Of Network Vulnerability Of Dual-channel Supply Chain Under New Retail Mode

Nowadays,in the business environment where the new retail mode is rapidly promoted and applied,the traditional single channel network structure of enterprise supply chain is changing to a more complex dual-channel network structure with the interaction and integration of online and offline retail channels.At the same time,with the deepening of globalization,the external environment changes in politics,economy and trade,ecological climate and other aspects are becoming more and more serious,which leads to the supply chain operation facing more risks and threats.Under the influence of the risk factors brought by the changes of the internal structure and external environment of the supply chain,the vulnerability characteristics of the dual-channel supply chain are increasingly prominent and greatly increase the difficulty of supply chain management..Therefore,how to accurately understand the network characteristics of the dual channel supply chain,effectively analyze and evaluate its vulnerability characteristics,and objectively identify the important enterprises in the supply chain have become the focus of current enterprises and need to be solved.Based on this research background,this paper focuses on the following work:Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the network structure and evolution mechanism of the dual-channel supply chain,this paper uses the complex network theory to describe the network topology of the directional weighted hierarchical dual channel supply chain in an abstract and quantitative way.Combined with the actual characteristics of the dual channel supply chain,this paper improves the statistical characteristic index calculation formula of the complex network,and designs the corresponding network evolution program algorithm.Thus,the evolution model of dual channel supply chain network is established.Through model simulation,it is verified that the evolutionary model can generate a dual channel supply chain network which fits the real characteristics well,and can accurately reflect the hierarchical,scale-free,small world and other complex network characteristics of the dual-channel supply chain.Secondly,based on the in-depth analysis of the process of cascading failure in the dual-channel supply chain network,this paper innovates the quantitative method of node initial load and node capacity based on the modeling idea of load-capacity model,constructs two indexes of node failure and network efficiency as the evaluation basis of vulnerability,and designs the algorithm of cascading failure procedure,so as to establish the dual channel supply chain dynamic vulnerability model.Through the simulation experiment,the vulnerability change trend of dual channel supply chain in different scenarios is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the changes of risk attack mode,tolerance coefficient and network scale will have significant impact on the vulnerability,and the vulnerability of dual channel supply chain is more significant than that of single channel supply chain under the same conditions.In addition,based on the impact of node failure on network vulnerability,this paper also innovates the node importance evaluation method to realize the effective identification of key enterprises in the supply chain,and verifies the effectiveness and rationality of this evaluation method by comparing with traditional methods.Finally,this paper takes the dual-channel supply chain operated by L company as an example,analyzes its network characteristics and vulnerability by using the evolution model and dynamic vulnerability model of dual-channel supply chain,and evaluates the key enterprises.Based on the analysis and evaluation of L company's supply chain vulnerability,this paper puts forward some suggestions for its supply chain management.Through this example,it also verifies the validity and applicability of the models and methods.There are 38 pictures,6 tables and 62 references.
