Analysis On The Mode Of Urban And Rural Coordinated Development In Tianshui City And Countermeasures

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,urban-rural contradictions have become increasingly prominent.How to alleviate and even solve various problems and contradictions arising in the process of urban and rural development,and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has become a hot issue of social concern.Urban-rural integration is an important means to solve the uncoordinated urban-rural development.To this end,this paper makes a detailed research and exploration on the urban and rural development,based on the current background of China's urban-rural relationship,and taking Tianshui City of Gansu Province as an example.Based on the policy support of the state and Gansu Province,and the research into urban-rural coordination cases at home and abroad,the paper determines the planning area of Tianshui City as the research scope,and its technical route is both theoretical and empirical research.The paper mainly covers two aspects.Firstly,by analyzing the current status of Tianshui City's planning area in terms of resources and environment,industrial development,urban-rural system,and public service infrastructure,main problems of urban and rural integration in Tianshui City are as follows: urban and rural development is restricted by local ecology;abundant natural and cultural resources are not rationally utilized;the secondary industry accounts for a relatively small proportion,so the industrial structure needs to be optimized;the township industrial chain needs expanding,and the large-scale operation is still in its infancy;in the planning area,with large-area central downtown,and uncontinuous urban hierarchy,its function distribution is not balanced;some towns develops too slowly to shape an obvious growth pole;public services and infrastructure are still not perfect,waiting to be equalized.Secondly,the paper,employing such relevant theories as the features of urban-rural development,development dynamics and urbanization rate,interprets the urban-rural relationship in the planning area of Tianshui City,and finally proposes development strategies of urban and rural planning in Tianshui City by combining specific analysis on cases of Lanzhou city of Gansu,Xixian city of Shanxi,and even Zhejiang.This paper makes the following conclusions.Through the analysis on the current situation of the planning area of Tianshui City,it is concluded that Tianshui City has seven problems in urban and rural development due to ecological conditions.By calculating the urbanization rate of Tianshui City,analyzing the indicators of economic development and comparing stages of urban-rural development in different cities,it is shown that the urban-rural relationship in each region of Tianshui City has reached the early stage of urban-rural separation.At last,the article,based on the current urban-rural relationship interpretation,theoretical research,data analysis,etc.,and viewing from the resource environment,industrial development,urban and rural system construction,public services and infrastructure allocation,puts forward specific strategies of urban and rural development in Tianshui City.The significance of this paper is as follows.The article analyzes and studies the urban and rural integration of Tianshui City,and aims to provide theoretical support and reference for Tianshui City to alleviate the contradiction between urban and rural dual structure,and to improve the uncoordinated and inadequate development between urban and rural regions.What's more,it hopes to make a modest contribution to the city's coordinated development of urban-rural areas,and urban-rural integration.
